Boundary Survey

Shows record property lines and the relationship of visible improvements. Common for closings, fences and ownership questions.

Topographic Survey

Maps elevations, structures and site features for engineering, drainage, additions and new construction.

ALTA/NSPS Survey

Commercial title survey prepared to national standards using a current title commitment and selected Table A items.

Construction Stakeout

Transfers approved design positions and elevations to the ground so improvements can be built in the intended location.

Documents required building elevations for floodplain review, insurance or FEMA-related needs.

About McGregor Sylvain, PLS

McGregor Sylvain is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and the founder of Geosteamatics. He has experience managing and completing boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout services, Flood Elevation Certificates, and property-record research throughout New Jersey.
